In order to obtain an Illinois State ID, you need to visit a Secretary of State Facility.

The ID card is valid for 5 years and is issued for a fee of $20.

In order to apply or renew your social security card, you need to fill out the application.
You can either mail your completed application or bring it to a local SSA Office. Make sure to supply all necessary documents when applying.

 

Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
The Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program provides monthly payments to adults and children with a disability or blindness who have income and resources below specific financial limits. SSI payments are also made to people age 65 and older without disabilities who meet the financial qualifications.
