Hinda's Ongoing Support Groups

Please note: these support groups are not a replacement for individual therapy or clinical treatment.

A support group is a safe, judgment-free space where individuals facing similar challenges—such as addiction, grief, illness, or reentry after incarceration—come together for mutual encouragement, understanding, and practical guidance.

These gatherings help reduce isolation, foster hope, and build community by reminding participants they’re not alone—and that change is possible.

The Sunday Reset:  Addiction Support Group

Step out of the shadows of addiction and into a space where your experience is valued as wisdom for the path forward. By sharing our stories and recovery tools, we transform the isolation of the past into the power of a supportive community.
