Karlene's background is in education, working for many years as a  teacher. She gradually transitioned into the realm of technology where she continually learned about digital computer manipulation, and graphic design.


She now finds herself in the adult education world employed as an Instructional Designer and Training Program Course Administrator. As a recent job searcher herself, she has an abundant amount of experience in resume writing, up-skilling, and interviewing for success. She loves to teach, learn, and share knowledge with those willing to listen.
